Day 1: Calgary & Banff Welcome to Calgary! This one-time Mountie outpost is situated at the meeting of the Bow River and the Elbow River in the south of the province and with the epic Rocky Mountain Range as the cities backdrop, Calgary is a pretty awesome place to be. There is so much to see and do in Calgary, we advise staying a couple of days before the tour starts to really make the most of this adventurous city. Enjoy the scenery as you make your way to Canada's oldest national park, Banff! Accommodation: Camping included

Day 2-3: Banff & Lake Louise This place will blow your mind the moment you lay eyes on it, with its show-stopping trails, mirrored lakes and chiselled canyons. Whether you explore Banff by car, bike, canoe or snowshoe you will be left speechless by its endless beauty. One dunk in the hot springs and a drink or two later, you'll be sleeping like a log. Next up it's Lake Louise and with the nickname 'gem of the Rockies' you can expect only great things. Once you've stopped gawking at the incredible scenery that surrounds you, we suggest taking a hike out to the Plain-of-Six-Glaciers or jumping in a canoe and getting out on to the lake for a different perspective of Lake Louise and the surrounding mountains. Accommodation: Camping included

Day 4-5: Yoho National Park Yoho comes from the Cree word for awe and wonder and as soon as you start hiking through this incredible place you'll soon see why. Negotiate the rapids of the well-named Kicking Horse River which offers some of the best white water rafting in the world. The scenery will continue to impress as you come across Takakkaw Falls, falling from the mountains to the valley below and the vistas keep on coming as you lay eyes on the incredible Emerald Lake with its glacial hues and forest backdrop. Accommodation: Camping included

Day 6-7: Jasper National Park The drive to Jasper will blow your mind as you cruise along the Icefields Parkway and running parallel to the Continental Divide, you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful scene. Lose yourself in one of Canada's largest national parks, where wildlife such as grizzlies, wolves and caribou literally fight for your attention, making it the perfect place to get at one with nature. Hiking or biking your way round this epic national park is by far the best way to see it, so what are you waiting for? Accommodation: Camping included

Day 8-9: Wells Gray National Park (including overnight wilderness canoe trip) The stillness, silence and isolation go up another notch and with good reason. Experience the incredible vistas of high mountains, deep canyons, volcanic cones and old growth forests. Hike to the stunning Helmcken Falls, a 141 meter waterfall on the Murtle River and one of the reasons for the creation of Wells Gray Provincial Park. Hopefully you packed your sense of adventure as an included overnight canoe trip delivers pure away-from-it-all escapism and a remote experience which is truly spectacular. Accommodation: Camping included

Day 10-11: Whistler Surrounded by mountains, Whistler is an action lover's paradise, so be sure to make the most of the exciting and thrilling activities on offer. Grab your bike and hit the awesome mountain trails, fly through the air on a vertigo inducing zipline or hit the hiking paths, whatever you decide to do, adventure is well and truly alive in Whistler, so embrace it. Accommodation: Camping included

Day 12-14: Tofino, Vancouver Island Tofino is a picture perfect place that will 'wow' even the most discerning travellers with its stunning beach lined with towering cedars trees, that measure up to 13 metres around and the eagles that fly overhead and whales that swim just off shore. Tofino sounds great, right? With so many watery experiences to be had you won't know where to start with an optional whale or bear watching adventure or sea kayaking between secluded coves. In Tofino it's not just the abundance of amazing wildlife that will impress, there are some great hiking trails just waiting for you to explore. Canadians love to be outdoors and you will soon see why as you travel through this beautiful country. Accommodation: Camping included

Day 15-17: Victoria & Vancouver Known as British Columbia's 'City of Gardens', Victoria is a place where the outdoor intrepid type will feel right at home. With a rugged and beautiful shoreline and a relaxed way of life, there is no surprise people never want to leave. Try to catch the Parliament building lit up at night before deciding which restaurant you are going to devour some freshly caught seafood from. End this awesome Canadian tour with a scenic ferry ride back over to the City. Treat yourself to some moreish Maple Cookies and then head over to Prospect Point for the best views in town, before saying goodbye to your new Trek buddies.
