Day 1: Los Angeles & Colorado River Spend a couple of nights in 'La La Land' before the tour starts and check out the glitz and the glam of Hollywood as you catch your first glimpse of this star-studded neighbourhood. Take a stroll along Venice Beach boardwalk and watch as street performers and skateboarders pass you by. Then it's time to leave the city behind as you head into the wild, to one of America's most iconic rivers, the Colorado River. End the day with a refreshing dip, before spending the night in close by Laughlin. Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 2: Grand Canyon National Park It's now time for the main event, the mighty Grand Canyon. Prepare to be truly amazed as you lay eyes upon one of the most spectacular natural wonders on the planet. To really witness the sheer size of this incredible place, take to the sky with an optional helicopter ride. Hike from the forest above to the desert below, red rock to white powder, but to really see the Grand Canyon in all it's glory wait for sunset or sunrise where the colours really do amaze, the Grand Canyon National Park will simply knock your socks off! Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 3-4: Las Vegas Time to put those lucky numbers to the test, not to mention your energy levels in this 24/7 party town. A-list stars swarm here, although breaking the bank may be easier than blagging your way into their swanky celebrity hangouts. If that fails you can still cruise The Strip in a super-stretch limousine or if you're not the partying kind, devour all you can eat buffets or take a ride on the many rollercoasters. But Vegas isn't all about gambling and clubs, why not check out a show, take an evening flight down The Strip or get yourself hitched by Elvis Presley (don't worry it's not legally binding, unless you want it to be). Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 5-6: Yosemite National Park Yosemite is the pride and joy of the West Coast and is home to some of the most spectacular scenery around, from Giant Sequoias to glacier carved granite monoliths and thundering waterfalls. Once inside Yosemite, keep your eyes peeled and your cameras at the ready for some incredible wildlife sightings. Bears often frequent the area and when the sun goes down listen out for coyotes howling amidst the pines and sequoias. This is a paradise for any lover of the outdoors and whatever activities you get up to in Yosemite, you're sure to have a blast. Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 7: San Francisco The City by the Bay is everyone's favourite city and you'll soon see why as you soak up the hippy vibes in Haight-Ashbury and then catch a tram over to the iconic Fisherman's Wharf and sample some of the delicious seafood wares. No visit to San Francisco would be complete without a trip to Alcatraz, the famous high security prison that sits in the middle of the bay. Explore the quirky bars and cafes where the beatnik generation hung out or grab a bite to eat in Chinatown. You'll never be bored in San Francisco, there is heaps of things to do and see. Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 8: San Francisco & Vancouver Grab that last glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge as it's now time to leave your heart in San Francisco. Your tour leader will escort you on the metro to the airport and assist with checking in before you take your flight to see America's neighbours in the North. You'll be picked up after coming through the arrivals hall and transfer by airport shuttle to the hotel. Surrounded by water on three sides and nestled alongside the Coast Mountain Range, Vancouver is one heck of a beautiful city and a great introduction to Canada. Today is a free day for you to enjoy the sights of what Vancouver has to offer. Accommodation: Hotel included

Day 9-10: Whistler The adventure capital of Western Canada, Whistler is packed full to the brim with thrilling activities, beautiful hikes and incredible landscapes. The main draw to Whistler is the epic mountains coated in the white stuff, but Whistler is so much more than just snow! Accommodation: Hostel included

Day 11: Wells Gray Provincial Park Don't let the fact that Wells Gray isn't a national park fool you, this place is stunning! Home to the famous HelMcken Falls, Canada's fourth highest waterfall and with beautiful meadows full of wild flowers and bears roaming freely around the park, Wells Gray is what Canadian dreams are made of and you will definitely not want to leave. Accommodation: Cabin included

Day 12-13: Jasper National Park In one of Canada's largest national parks, the amount of wildlife surrounding you is incredible, you'll literally have grizzlies, wolves and caribou fighting for your attention. Whether you explore Banff by car, bike, canoe or snowshoe you will be left speechless by its endless beauty and you'll be constantly asking yourself, "Do I really have to leave?". Accommodation: Hostel included
