Start in Miami before heading into the Everglades for an airboat swamp ride and overnighting in a chickee (hut on stilts), before enjoying the pristine beaches of Orlando in the 'sunshine state'. Enjoy the nightlife on Panama City Beach before jumping head first into New Orleans' vibrant Bourbon Street and dancing the night away in Memphis and Nashville.

Day 1: Miami - Everglades Leave the beaches and the glamour behind it's now time to get down and dirty with an included swamp safari in the Everglades area. Explore the "River of Grass" on an airboat ride trail, where lazy crocodiles resting in the sun and turtles sunbathing on lily pads are a common sight. For the ultimate experience in this unique environment you'll spend the night in an Everglade chickee (a cabin on stilts).

 

Day 2-3: Orlando Embrace your inner child as you explore Orlando's theme and water parks. The thrills and excitement come in thick and fast as you hit up Disney's Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Wet `n Wild and Universal's Harry Potter World. Orlando is one big playground and after a full day satisfying your thirst for fun, you'll sleep like a baby.

 

Day 4: Panama City Beach After all the excitement in Orlando it's now time to chill out and what better place to do so than on 27 miles of pristine white sand beaches along the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy lazy beach days lying in a hammock or try your hand at windsurfing or jet skiing out in the water. Make sure you pack your dancing shoes as well as your flip-flops as you hit the hottest haunts on the Gulf Coast. So kick back and relax in this stunning, chilled out city.

 

Day 5-6: New Orleans This jazz-tastic town moves at its own pace and you'll soon find yourself embracing the laid back vibes in no time. Music fills the air in New Orleans and you can't leave without spending an evening down Bourbon Street, famous for its awesome nightlife and live music. For a really authentic southern experience check out a voodoo and graveyard tour or brush up on your cooking skills at the Crescent City Cooking School and make yourself a big ole' bowl of gumbo!

 

Day 7-8: Memphis As the birthplace of Blues and Jazz there is no shortage of great music to excite your ears. Brush up on your history as you visit the Civil Rights Museum and learn all about the struggle to overcome slavery. Find your American soul with a trip to Stax Museum of American Soul Music. No trip to Memphis is complete without a stroll down Beale Street to see the bright lights and hear the eclectic mix of blues and jazz flowing out of every doorway. Finish your visit to Memphis with a visit to the second-most visited private home in the USA after the White House, Elvis Presley's house in Graceland.

 

Day 9: Nashville With some of the best musical cities behind you, your toes will already be tapping as you arrive in the 'Music City' itself. Now is the time to don your denim and cowboy hats and learn how to line dance at the Wild Horse Saloon. Get your history fix at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, home to the largest collection of country music in the world. Nashville is famous for its fine music and even finer food, so try the local specialties including Hot Chicken and BBQ ribs.

 

Day 10: Stone Mountain Surrounded by a huge and extremely picturesque setting, Stone Mountain Park is Georgia's most-visited attraction for a reason. Stone Mountain is the world's largest piece of exposed granite and its famous quartz monzonite dome is where you'll find the incredible carvings that depict the three figures of the Confederate States of America.

 

Day 11: St Augustine/Daytona Beach St Augustine is more commonly known as the "Nation's Oldest City" and has a strong European influence. Wander down the narrow lanes, visit the many museums and explore some of the cities iconic landmarks such as the Plaza de la Constitucion and the 'Fountain of Youth'. Next it's time to feel the sand between your toes on Daytona Beach, visit the famous pier and take stroll along the boardwalk where you'll find roller-coasters and a Ferris wheel.

 

Day 12: Fort Lauderdale Famous for its beaches, shopping, arts and culture, Fort Lauderdale has something for everyone. Get a glimpse of how the other half live with a stroll down Millionaires Row to see the yachts and mansions that line the waterway. Visit the Flamingo Gardens, enjoy a ride on the gondola or simply relax in the glorious sunshine.

 

Day 13-14: Key West Explore the crystal clear waters of Key West with some awesome snorkelling and diving opportunities. The amount of fun water based activities to get involved in here is endless. If you simply want to kick back and relax then you are definitely in the right place, head down to South Beach a popular beach with locals and tourists. End your day at the famous Mallory Square and let the celebrations commence as you watch the glowing pink and red sun set on what has been an awesome day.

 

Day 15: Miami Stroll the art deco seafront, or if you're staying on for another night pose with the beautiful people in ultra-cool nightspots as you celebrate a fantastic trip. Be sure to spend a few extra days in this sun-soaked city to mingle with the locals and salsa the night away! This tour ends at approximately 17:00 hrs. We can book you post-tour accommodation at our gateway hotel if required. If you are planning to fly tonight, please do not book a flight that departs before 22:00 hrs.
